
Day in Damascus
July 25, 10-4 pm
Come early before 10 am and start with a pancake breakfast benefiting park improvements. Damascus Park is the venue for the Boring & Sandy Fire Districts' Safety Fair and Kiwanis Kids' Day filled with games, pony rides, petting zoo and monster truck rides. There's free entertainment, a quilt show and sale, and plenty of food vendors. You'll also find wine & cheese tastings and a beer garden nearby. Milwaukie Daze

The parade begins at 10:30 am at the former Southgate Theater and continues on the one-mile route ending at Portland Waldorf School at SE 21st & Monroe. Participation is free and everyone is welcome. Pickathon

Dance and sing along at this 10th annual outrageous 3-day/night "Indie-Roots" Music Festival at the Pendarvis Farm in Happy Valley. Chautauqua Festival

Boring Station Celebration
September 13, 10 am-4 pm
Celebrate Boring's history at this fun family event filled with games, food, a raffle and silent auction, and musical entertainment by The Pranksters and the Mighty Filberts. Enjoy the last day of the Farmer's Market with over 30 vendors. It's all happening in the heart of Boring just south of the Springwater Trail between Dee Street and Wally Road off highway 212. Milwaukie Farmers Market
Sundays thru Oct 25 - 9:30 am - 2 pm
Come meet local farmers, enjoy great food and live music, and visit your neighbors in Milwaukie's living room. Buy fresh produce, trees and plants for your yard, and handcrafted items for your home. Spend Sunday morning shopping for fresh produce, stunning plants, ornamental trees and herb starts, garden art, and unique arts and crafts.
